Chip-Chip Samsa

For 5-6 pies

Ingedients
340g of wheat flour, 1 egg, 140ml of water, 350g of beef or mutton,60g of fat of sheep`s tail,400g of onion, zira , salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking method
Add the cold water and the egg into flour and make the dough. Let it stand for some 30-40 minutes, cut it into pieces about 15g each, and roll them thin, especially the edges. Put about 30g of stuffing into the middle of the patties and shape them into small ball like pies. Then wet their sides with water and press pies together in pairs. Smear them with whipped egg and bake for some 20-25 minutes.

For the stuffing – chop up the meat and the onion, cut the fat into cubes, add some salt and spice and stir it up.

In the same way samsa parmuda is cooked, but this time you press together four ball-shaped pies instead of two.
